Training programs vary depending upon many different factors. Some clients only need to be seen every few weeks, others could have as many as 4 or 5 sessions per week...it just depends on goals, current fitness levels, program design and client desires. Additionally, some clients want a comprehensive program, while others just want to drop-in from time to time for a great workout. We can find what works best for you.
